Tammy Randles is a Louisiana licensed Real Estate Broker with over 23 years of experience in all areas of real estate. Her strengths include team building, strategic planning, construction and development, multifamily and investment real estate.
Tammy served 6 years on the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS (NOMAR) Board of Directors, served as the Commercial Division (CID) PR Committee Chair and the NOMAR Education Committee Chair. She is also a Louisiana Real Estate Instructor and a graduate of the Louisiana Realtors State Leadership program.
Tammy currently owns a real estate brokerage firm with 39 sales agents, a pest control company, and an investor friendly mortgage franchise. She has experience in construction management, managing over 50 large renovations and/or new construction projects, including 7 single family homes currently under construction. Tammy has performed 3 condominium conversions and managed hundreds of rental units.
The majority of Tammy’s real estate career revolved around investment properties, with a concentration on affordable rental properties, and fix and flip projects. She is also heavily invested in the default servicing world, selling foreclosure properties for clients such as Fannie Mae, Bank of America, Altisource, RMS, VRM, American Destiny, Peak Harbor, and many others
Tammy is also committed to community involvement and has served on the Easter Seals of Louisiana (ESL) Board of Directors, The Greater New Orleans Autism Task Force - A collaboration with Easter Seals Louisiana and the Tulane Center for Autism & Related Disorders and served 3 years on the UNITY of New Orleans Board of Directors, an organization that manages grant funds to house the homeless for 60 other organizations in and around New Orleans.
Tammy’s success in affordable housing was recognized locally when she was named one of the Women of the Year in 2017 by New Orleans City Business. In September of 2025 Tammy was an affordable housing featured speaker in Washington DC at the RIS Media CEO & Leadership Exchange and has been featured in several other publications and online forums over the years.
