Bio:
Shelly Bryant – Broker/Owner -SBR Realty LLC since 2008, a full-service Real Estate firm licensed in NJ
and PA, selling residential and commercial real estate. Since 1995, Shelly has personally invested in,
managed, and sold residential real estate of her own. In 2004, she obtained her real estate license and
by 2007 was a licensed real estate broker.
As a licensee, Shelly has consistently performed in various real estate markets and has sold hundreds of
properties and land. She’s been the listing broker for developers such as Khovnanian, Tara Developers
and independent developers. In addition, she’s managed and sold assets for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae,
various banks, and others. Shelly is currently a HUD listing broker and continues to manage and sell
property for individuals and companies.
As a pillar in the community, she consistently advocates for equality and economic growth in and around
the communities she serves. Shelly has assisted with many outreach ventures including one in which
SBR Realty LLC partnered with the city of Trenton, Mercer County and Homefront to place 150 families
through its homeless prevention program.
In addition, she’s the founder of TIG Outreach Inc., a 501c3 which will be used to educate communities
on creating and sustaining generational wealth and contributing to solutions on affordable housing
issues for veterans, seniors, and others.
Driven by her ability to assist in elevating the lives of individuals and families with wealth building and
ownership goals, Shelly continues to learn about tools available to increase the knowledge of those in
the communities she serves. The National Association of Real Estate Brokers NAREB has been super
instrumental in helping her enhance her serving and leadership skills.
