With over 24 years of diverse real estate expertise, Robert Passafiume is a seasoned professional in REO asset management, residential sales, and property disposition. Throughout his career, Robert has personally facilitated the disposition of over 2,500 bank-owned properties as an Asset Manager at two of the larger Asset Management companies nationwide. His extensive background includes loan origination, title work, foreclosure management, and REO sales, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the asset lifecycle and the tools to deliver exceptional results.

Currently, Robert is the Broker/Owner of Waypoint Realty, where he focuses on the Denver Metro area and surrounding markets. His proven track record includes servicing assets for HUD, Servicers and a few other corporate clients utilizing the Bid On Homes Platform, where he has demonstrated his ability to meet tight deadlines, ensure compliance, and maximize asset value.
