As a Certified Short Sale Expert (CSSE) from the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), I maintain a proven track record of successful short sales. I understand the distinct guidelines across all major loan types and work closely with investors, loan servicers, insurers, and borrowers while upholding full compliance with strict regulations and guidelines.
I strategically craft compelling financial hardship letters and assemble complete, accurate financial packages to maximize short sale approvals. I obtain written lender approval for deficiency waivers to ensure full legal protection and clarity for all sides.
I professionally package every short sale file using my proprietary, detailed checklist to streamline review for investors and servicers. My checklist includes borrower authorization forms, hardship letters, borrower financial worksheets with supporting documents, purchase contracts, net, listing agreements, MLS sheets, broker cover letters, and proof of competent marketing. My commercial team consists of 4 full-time commercial agents. We have been serving Nevada, California, Arizona, Hawaii, and Florida in selected aspects of commercial real estate. I graduated from Ross Real Estate Development Program at USC while holding a master's degree in Hotel Administration from UNLV. I’m a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In addition to working with retail and office clients, we have represented a wide variety of investment clients ranging from sales and purchases of smaller multi-family properties and apartment complexes to larger retail shopping centers, gas stations, and Hotels.
