I am a New Jersey REO and Default specialist with over 31 years of real estate experience, including more than 18 years specializing in REO, default servicing, short sales, and distressed properties. My professional training and certifications include REO Certification through Corcoran Coaching, LLC (Bubba Mills), completion of the Bridging the Gap REO Training Workshop through Asset Optimization & Solutions, LLC led by Bob Norrell, Certified Short Sale Expert (CSSE), BPO Certified, Equator Agent Elite, and NADP Default Pro Certification. I am also an active member of the National Association of Default Professionals (NADP), the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals (NABPOP), and the REO Network.
