Ms. Davis helps manage the day to day operations of Mid America Property Partners, a real estate company that covers over 50 counties as a listing agent for one of the M & M III HUD contractors in addition to her REO clients in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. This includes acquisition of the asset, eviction and CFK’s negotiations, through the evaluation process, the marketing strategy, property preservation, and closing. She has been recognized as the top #1 Sales Team in both units and volume going back to 2004 in St. Louis by several organizations including the St. Louis Association of Realtors, the St. Charles Board of Realtors, and the St. Louis Business Journal. She has been a licensed agent since 1998.

Prior to her obtaining her real estate license, Cathy was a Default Operations Manager supervising 4 department managers, 8 supervisors, and over 100 employees in the day to day operations of mortgage default servicing for a portfolio of over 400,000 loans nationwide. The diverse portfolio consisted of GNMA and FNMA backed securities, RTC REMIC Trusts, VA REMIC Trusts, and both private and public held securities. Upon joining the company, then known as National Mortgage, she developed the REO department, policies, procedures and computer tracking system from the beginning, providing them with a department that managed an inventory of 1200 REO properties. They successfully obtained an average sales price vs. list price of 98% over an 8 year period, and consistently averaged less than 6 months in holding time from acquisition, through eviction, to closing and final reconciliation. She managed a foreclosure inventory of 5000 files nationally, along with 4500 bankruptcy files, and 1500 government claim files.

Cathy began her career with Citicorp. She was a supervisor in the REO Department and helped developed strategic marketing plans geographically specific to market the REO assets owned by the organization nationwide. She initiated innovative commission structures in highly depressed markets reducing inventory time by 4 months. In addition, she conducted field inspections of the properties with the asset managers, appraisers, and real estate agents responsible for the resale of the inventory.

Cathy is currently an approved continuing education instructor for the State of Missouri for Foreclosure and Short Sales 101.
